The Inner Game of Founders

Privacy Policy

Last updated: [LAST UPDATED — EDITABLE]

This policy explains what personal data is collected when you register for The Inner Game of Founders, why it is collected, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who is responsible

Karen Prats is the data controller for registrations to The Inner Game of Founders. Contact: hello@karenprats.com · karenprats.com. [FULL LEGAL ENTITY, ADDRESS AND TAX ID — EDITABLE]

What we collect

At registration: name, email address, and optionally phone, company, role, dietary or accessibility needs, invoicing details and VAT number, and your answer to what you would like to shift. If you join the waitlist we store the same contact details plus the ticket tier you are waiting for. Payment card details are never collected or seen by this website — they are handled directly by our payment provider.

Why we use it

  • To manage your booking, place and invoice (performance of a contract).
  • To send practical information about the workshops you have booked.
  • To adapt the space to accessibility or dietary needs you tell us about (with your consent).
  • To contact you if a place opens, when you have joined the waitlist.
  • To send occasional updates about future work — only if you ticked the optional marketing consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

Who processes it

Data is stored in our secure booking database and processed by service providers acting on our instructions: our payment provider (payments, invoices, VAT), our hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider. Providers may process data inside or outside the EU under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking and invoicing records are retained for the period required by Spanish accounting and tax law. Waitlist entries are deleted once the edition has taken place, unless you asked to hear about future editions. [RETENTION PERIODS — EDITABLE]

Confidentiality of what you share

Reflections shared during the workshops are treated as confidential and are never published, quoted or shared outside the group without explicit permission.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@karenprats.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
