Cancellation Policy

Write to hello@karenprats.com as early as you can. The following applies from the date your written cancellation is received:

• More than 30 days before 14 · 15 · 16 October 2026: [REFUND TERM — EDITABLE, e.g. full refund minus payment processing fees]
• 15–30 days before: [REFUND TERM — EDITABLE, e.g. 50% refund or full credit towards the next edition]
• Less than 15 days before: [REFUND TERM — EDITABLE, e.g. non-refundable, transfer to another person possible]

If you cannot attend, you may propose another person to take your place up to 7 days before the first workshop, subject to written confirmation. The group is curated, so transfers are confirmed case by case.

The series is one connected journey and the fee covers all three workshops. Missing a day does not entitle you to a partial refund, and individual days are not sold separately.

If you cancel your registration, the private 60-minute 1:1 session included with Early Bird is cancelled with it. Sessions not scheduled within the communicated window expire.

If the edition is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you may choose a full refund of the amount paid or a transfer of your place to the new dates. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs, so please book flexible arrangements.

When the edition is fully booked you can join the waitlist for Early Bird or Standard. If a place is released, waiting participants are contacted personally in the order they joined. Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 working days. Where VAT was charged, it is refunded proportionally.
