Founder. Former CEO. TEDx speaker. Coach. Human.
I've been on both sides of the founder story.
I've built companies, led teams, raised capital, expanded internationally and experienced the adrenaline that comes with creating something from nothing. I've also experienced the other side: burnout, questioning who I was beyond my company, motherhood, reinvention, and learning that sustainable growth asks something very different from us than simply doing more.
For more than 15 years, I've been part of the startup and innovation ecosystem as a founder, CEO, mentor and coach. I co-founded and led Go—PopUp, scaling the business to a team of more than 30 people across 8+ countries and raising more than €3M before my exit. My journey later took me to Germany, where I deepened my work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, leadership and inner development. Now I'm returning to Barcelona — my home city — bringing that experience back into the ecosystem where my own entrepreneurial story began.
Along the way, I became one of the early co-founders of Circles House, helping create a coliving and community concept in Barcelona around conscious entrepreneurship, connection and a more human way of building. Hosting The Inner Game of Founders there now brings several chapters of my journey together.
Today, my work is focused on the human being behind the company. I coach founders and executives around leadership, wellbeing and sustainable performance, combining founder experience with somatic work, breathwork, Inner Development Goals and conscious leadership practices. I've also designed founder wellbeing tracks for accelerator programmes, bringing inner development into environments that traditionally focus heavily on business models, growth and execution. One relevant collaboration has been with Campus Founders, an entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in Heilbronn supported by the Dieter Schwarz Foundation, where I've worked extensively with founders and contributed a wellbeing perspective to the founder journey. In one recent month alone, I delivered 90+ coaching sessions with founders, including work with 50+ founders through Campus Founders' entrepreneurship programmes.
In Germany, I also lead an Inner Development Goals (IDG) Flourishing Hub, creating space to explore the inner capacities needed to navigate complexity, leadership and meaningful change. Now, as I return to Barcelona, I'm bringing this work with me — connecting the international founder ecosystem I've been part of in Germany with a new chapter of inner development and founder wellbeing in my home city.
I've also taken this conversation to the TEDx stage with my talk “Who are you already?” at TEDxHeilbronn — exploring the shift from external achievement toward inherent value, and speaking openly about entrepreneurship, motherhood, burnout, compassion and what happens when we stop measuring ourselves only through what we build.
This is why The Inner Game of Founders exists. Not because I've discovered a perfect formula for being a founder — but because I've lived enough versions of the journey to know that the company and the human building it cannot be separated.
Who do you need to become to build what you want to build — without losing yourself along the way?
